Absolutely recommend Wilmac Plumbing should you require any plumbing work. I have been let down in the past with self employed plumbers not turning up etc. With Wilmac Plumbing, making the booking was easy as, and they give you a time window when to expect the plumber. If there’s a delay, their service manager rings to give you an update. The plumber arrived, assessed the plumbing issue and promptly completed the repairs. Job well done.
I had a major Drain Blockage that caused both of our toilets to not work, I called Wilmac Plumbing and explained the issue , it was mid morning on a Friday , a Guru Plumber called Gerhart arrived in the afternoon and his knowledge was so impressive , he knew exactly how to fix the problem and did a wonderful job , Wilmac Plumbing are the best Plumbing service providers I have ever had the please to work with, very professional and very good value Five Star Experience

Looks like I didn't end up posting this review from last year but of course I rang Wilmac again when a neighbour noticed our spa pump cover was about to collapse. As expected , their service was elite. Prompt, upfront and knowledgeable. Grady, I think was his name was delightful and efficient as well as imparting his extensive knowledge to a work experience students who was also delightful. This company is a gem. From last year We had our hot water system 'cark' it on Christmas Eve. We started to ring around Boxing day after several day of cold showers to companies that were advertising 24 hour emergency plumbing. None were actually 24 hours with several off for the Christmas /new year period. We happened upon Wilmac plumbing , not because they advertised emergency plumbing but because they were local. Our call was answered and the plumber ( I wish I could remember his name ) said yes he could come out Boxing day but it will cost you double, so if you could wait one more day, then it will be normal rates. Well straight away we were impressed with the honesty of this company so we chose that option. To cut a long story short, true to their word they came out, the day after boxing day, sourced a new hot water system ( which wasn't easy with so many suppliers closed over the Christmas period), installed it ensuring the latest regulations were adhered to and charged us a very reasonable price that was actually substantially less than what we were originally quoted when they first came out. When I rang up initially to ask about the bill, the guy on the line explained that he was checking the quoted price as he thought it was a bit high at the time ( what tradesmen do that? ). We weren't complaining about the initial price at all. This demonstrates, such integrity that is often hard to find. The plumber that came out did a fabulous job particularly as he had to cut through limestone to put drainage in which wasn't a rule when we had out last one 19 years ago. It was so neat. I have held off giving a review , thinking this company is going to inundated with customers if I tell people what an excellent company they are, and maybe get too busy for us if we need them again but fairs fair. They were simply excellent and bent over backwards so I was no longer disrupting the neighbourhood with my blood curdling screams as I stepped under the cold shower! Greatly appreciated Wilmac. Sue
The team from Wilmac came out and removed old leach drain sytem and installed a brand new leach field and all associated plumbing to our home .The crew onsite were so respectful and great guys . Working in and around our large family and also the Pets we have . They made it happen without any issues. The flow of work was outstanding and the communication was brilliant from start to finish.The attention to detail was precise and they left the site spotless after a huge job of excavations and earth moving as part of the process. They are the only Company I will use and recommend for all plumbing needs. Far more superior than 5 stars !!!! Well done to all the crew . Fantastic job !!!
Recently had Wilmac install a whole house filtration system. Excellent service, they left the area neat & tidy and cleaned up after the job. Great that we now have filtered water out of all our home taps. We have used Wilmac Plumbing many times & we will continue to use this company as they always provide an excellent friendly service.
